How to add bookmark capability in Acrobat Reader?

Web browsers have the ability to bookmark PDF pages, yet curiously Acrobat Reader does not have that capability.
Download the javascript file called 'bookmark_page.js' here
Extract the file and put into the javascript folder at your Acrobat installation directory.

How to use this new feature?
1. When you find the PDF page you want to bookmark, press the three keys combination (Alt V 5)
2. To call for a bookmarked page use the three keys combination, (Alt V 6)
3. To delete a bookmark, select View>Remove Bookmark, you will be given a list of bookmarks, delete any bookmark you want.

Great utility. Why doesn't Adobe put it in on their Reader?

Thank you very much. This was one of the best utility to surmount the hassle of bookmark defecit in adobe reader. They strive to improve their product by adding several utility but misses the most indispensible one. My sincere gratitude once again for pointing this wonderful addin which is vital for lengthy pdf files.

This is a terrible add-on. For one, it forces you to number your bookmarks starting at zero, even if that's chapter 1. For another, it only lists the bookmarks in the order you make them, NOT in the order they appear in the document. So if you miss one at the beginning (like I did), you have to delete them all and start over. Save your time and look elsewhere!
